Robe of Fire

Robe of Fire is the trade name of Naoki Fujinaga, a solo developer based in Japan. The game's press kit describes him as a 45-year-old physique champion whose day job has nothing to do with games and who had no programming experience before this project; it gives 7 February 2026, the day development started, as the founding date. He says Claude Code wrote all of Fire Field's code. He has also announced Miso Editor, a sprite-animation tool built for the game.
