Marrit

Marrit is the developer and publisher named on Steam for The Black Whale and, together with Creeps LTD., for THE WELL. In Steam news posts the developer calls THE WELL their first game and a first experience of “(almost) solo” game development, and says The Black Whale grew out of a 2D point-and-click game-jam entry made with three other developers.
