ワドメ堂 is a car-carrier truck driver in Shikoku, according to the game's official site. The site says the developer used to work for a systems integrator on system changes and data-centre operations, became a car-carrier driver out of a love of cars and driving, and builds the game alone as a way to keep programming. Development notes are published on note and Zenn.
