About HexaRegnum ヘキサ・レギウム
A free strategy game for Windows, in public beta, that mixes deck building with real-time battles on a board. You build a deck from cards spanning six races and five unit types; each unit type fights differently and each card has its own traits. A match has a 30-second preparation phase and a battle of up to three minutes, so one cycle takes about five minutes. A story mode teaches the rules and the world. The developer's latest update note says version BETA5 fixed skills and spells whose effects did not trigger and added 30 cards, for 120 in all. The developer, a one-person creator who also posts on YouTube, lists the tools on the game page: programming by Gemini and Claude with the help of the AI agent in Google Antigravity, images generated with Amuse and Gemini's Nano Banana, and background music generated with ComfyUI. The page also asks reviewers to go easy, since it is a hobby project made with AI support. Freem! rates it 12+.
How it was built
Partially verifiedThe game page's tools section says the programming was done by Gemini and Claude, assisted by the AI agent in Google Antigravity. It does not say how the work was split between the two models or how the developer worked with the agent. Gemini's Nano Banana image model was also used, together with Amuse, to generate images; the background music was generated with ComfyUI.
Named alongside Gemini in the game page's tools section as doing the programming, through the AI agent in Google Antigravity. The page does not say which Claude model was used or which parts of the code it wrote.
A hobby project by one creator, developed from March 2026 to the BETA4 version in October 2026 according to the game page. The code was written by Gemini and Claude through the AI agent in Google Antigravity, images were generated with Amuse and Gemini's Nano Banana, and the music with ComfyUI. No devlog describes the process. The game is still in development; the developer's update note says save data should carry over from BETA4 to BETA5.

“AntigravityのAIエージェント支援GeminiとClaudeによるプログラミング”Verification notes: The AI claim rests on one developer statement, the tools section of the game's Freem! page: programming by Gemini and Claude with the help of Antigravity's AI agent (“AntigravityのAIエージェント支援GeminiとClaudeによるプログラミング”). The same page calls it a hobby project made “while receiving AI support” (AI支援をうけながら), so we do not record an AI code share. Antigravity itself is not a tool we list, so it is named only in the text; Amuse, Nano Banana and ComfyUI were used for images and music, not code. The creator profile says it is a solo creator and links a lit.link page that links this Freem! page. Registered on Freem! on 21 Oct 2026; file updated 30 Oct 2026. The game was not run. Nothing on the page mentions AI running during play. Freem! rates it AGE 12+ and showed no reviews on 4 Nov 2026.
