About Sunday Fighter Pilot
Sunday Fighter Pilot is a flying sandbox set in one continuous 96 × 96 km world of forests, deserts, Arctic coastline, volcanic slopes and autumn valleys, which the store page says holds more than a hundred landable airfields and hundreds of landmarks. In Casual flying you explore, fly through barns, hangars and rock arches, slip under bridges, chase gates along moving trains and follow rings behind roaming biplanes, earning stars for discoveries, low flying, loops, rolls and landings. In Blow stuff up you make attack runs on fuel tanks, communication towers, trains, zeppelins and bombers with unlimited ammunition, and clearing a location captures it on the map. Stars buy new aircraft, 18 in all, from warbirds to jets. The two modes have separate worlds and saves. The developer, nitzan.games LLC, says in the Steam AI disclosure that the game's code was written by AI coding tools under the developer's direction, including the gameplay systems, aircraft models, procedural environments, rendering and interface, and that the developer reviews, tests and edits the results. The visuals are rendered from geometry and materials defined in code; the soundtrack and many sound effects were generated with AI during development. US$9.99 on Steam for Windows, macOS and Linux, released 3 Nov 2026, with full controller support and a free demo.

How it was built
Partially verifiedThe developer's Steam AI disclosure says the game's code was written by AI coding tools under the developer's direction, including the gameplay systems, aircraft models, procedural environments, rendering and user interface code, and that the developer reviews, tests and edits the results. AI tools were also used to draft and revise the in-game text and store copy, and the soundtrack and many sound effects were generated with AI during development, then selected and processed. The visuals are rendered from geometry and materials defined in code; capsule art is made from in-game renders with added typography. No generative AI model runs during play. No tool or model is named.
Per the Steam disclosure, AI coding tools wrote the code, including the aircraft models and the procedural environments, which are defined as geometry and materials in code rather than as made art assets; the developer directs, reviews, tests and edits. Music and many sound effects are AI-generated and were processed before inclusion.

“The game's code was written by AI coding tools under the developer's direction.”Verification notes: The AI claim rests on the developer-written AI disclosure on the game's Steam page; it names no tool. Release date, price, platforms, English-only and the Steam demo (app 5074500, free, 26 Sep 2026) from the Steam store API, checked 4 Nov 2026. The developer is the same nitzan.games LLC that made Keypress Express; Steam lists nitzan.games/steam as the website, a support page listing nine of the studio's Steam games, including this one. The developer has credited Claude Code for Keypress Express, but no source names the tool for this game, so none is recorded. The disclosure says that when online the game uses Steam features and sends gameplay analytics, and that no generative AI runs during play. Released the day before our check; the store page showed no user reviews on 4 Nov 2026, so no review figures are recorded. Team size and location are not stated.
