About 失控小工坊
A Chinese-language puzzle game released as a test build on TapTap and entered in TapTap's 聚光灯 2026 21-day game-creation challenge. You place and rotate small devices on a workbench, such as vanes that change the wind's direction, nozzles that split it three ways, bellows that hold it back a beat and corks that soak up extra wind, so the wind crosses the bench and wakes all the wind chimes on the same beat. If the route is right but the timing is off, you can pause and replay beat by beat to see which branch arrived early; stray wind that sets off the alarm bell has to be gently absorbed. Fifteen commissions are split into three chapters (晨光, 奇想 and 回响工坊), from fixing a vane fitted the wrong way to shared bellows, echo relays and five-bell ensembles, and finishing the third level unlocks a free experiment bench for your own wind routes and melodies. It supports click and drag-and-drop, four-way rotation, undo, pause, single steps, half speed, beat-by-beat replay and graded hints; it plays offline, saves progress locally and, according to the description, has no ads, in-app purchases or online play. The creator note says the game was made by 老陈 in collaboration with OpenAI Codex, which took part in the planning, code, levels, text, procedural drawing, sound-synthesis logic and testing; the graphics are the project's own SVG/CSS and the sound is synthesised locally in the browser, and the game offers no AI generation features. The note gives the current version as 1.19.0. It is free to play in the TapTap app on Android and iOS.

How it was built
Partially verifiedThe creator note on the TapTap page says the game was made by 老陈 in collaboration with OpenAI Codex, and that Codex took part in the planning, code, levels, text, procedural drawing, sound-synthesis logic and testing ("本作由老陈与 OpenAI Codex 协作制作。Codex 参与方案、代码、关卡、文案、程序绘图、声音合成逻辑与测试"). The note does not name a model or say how much of the code Codex wrote.
- DeveloperThe store description ends by saying the game contains AI-generated game assets and that AI took part in all of the programming, art and sound-synthesis logic ("全部程序美术与声音合成逻辑均有 AI 协作参与"), with details to be disclosed in the challenge submission. — TapTap
Made by 老陈 in collaboration with OpenAI Codex, which worked on the planning, code, levels, text, procedural drawing, sound-synthesis logic and testing, per the creator note. Graphics are drawn by the project's own SVG/CSS and sound is synthesised locally in the browser; the note says no media from reference works were copied and that rules and browser controls were checked for this version, while play on real phones and inside the platform container is still being tested.

Verification notes: AI use and the tool come from the creator note on the TapTap page, which says the game was made by 老陈 in collaboration with OpenAI Codex, and from the end of the store description, which says AI took part in all of the programming, art and sound-synthesis logic. Both describe collaboration rather than saying how much of the code Codex wrote, so the game is recorded as AI-assisted. The note refers to 老陈 and also to "we"; team size is not stated. Developer 云上码术, official account 云上 (TapTap badge "创意关卡创作者"), supplier (上海创巴科技有限公司), tags (聚光灯GameJam, 益智), the 2026 聚光灯 21-day challenge post, the game description, first-publication time (21 Oct 2026, 07:52 China time, page data; the structured data gives 20 Oct in UTC) and platforms from the TapTap page; the version (1.19.0), the 15 levels and the experiment bench come from the creator note and description. The page's "Android 正式上线日期" (14 Jan 2026) is a date shared by many TapTap制造 pages and is not used. The page is not filed under TapTap制造, but it says this level was created from the TapTap game 益智游戏合集(TapTap测试版), lists it in the 创意工坊 section and offers only Android and iOS (open the TapTap app to play), with no PC trial; the supplier may belong to that parent collection rather than to this developer. The note says the game offers no AI generation service; nothing on the page describes AI-generated content during play. On 4 Nov 2026 the page showed 0 followers and no reviews, so no rating or follower count is recorded. Challenge results were not checked. The page's 热度 (heat) figure is not recorded because it is not confirmed to be downloads. No source outside TapTap was found.
