Grand Total Anarchy
A free open-world crime sandbox for the browser on a low-poly island, with a 31-mission campaign and eight-player online deathmatch. The developer says the AI model Astra wrote all of the code.
Official site nitzan.games, verified Nov 3, 2026. The game's page on the developer's own portal nitzan.games (credited “by Nitzan”), reached through gta.nitzan.games, the address linked as “Play it here” in the developer's Reddit post.
Rights holder / original work: Grand Theft Auto (Rockstar Games / Take-Two Interactive)
The title's initials spell GTA, and the developer's post calls it a GTA-style game and nicknames it “Temu GTA”. The portal page and the game's script use the original title Grand Total Anarchy; we found no Grand Theft Auto names, characters or references to Rockstar Games in them, and the art and music were not checked against the series. No source shows a licence from the rights holders. (Reddit (u/ledniv))
VibeGameDB lists this game only to document that it was made with AI coding tools. We do not host it, we do not represent the rights holder, and listing it does not mean it is licensed.

About Grand Total Anarchy
Grand Total Anarchy is a free open-world sandbox that runs in the browser, set on a sunlit, low-poly island with cities, countryside, airports and a military base. In single player you follow a 31-mission campaign as Rosa, Nico and Maya cross the island, with driving, combat, rescues, investigations, helicopter flights and plane missions, explore thirteen areas and take side jobs such as taxi rides, pizza deliveries and bus routes; progress is saved on the device. The developer's post adds 37 vehicle models, from cars and motorcycles to buses, helicopters and aeroplanes, weapons with five levels of police pursuit, and pedestrians with daily routines. Multiplayer offers quick matches and private rooms for up to eight players, with optional bots, racing to ten kills. The developer, Nitzan Wilnai of nitzan.games, calls it a GTA-style game and nicknames it “Temu GTA”, admitting it still lacks a lot of polish. Over about 30 days the developer gave direction, asked for features, played and gave feedback, while the AI model Astra wrote all the code, made the artwork, implemented the gameplay, tested it in the browser and even made the trailer. Free on the developer's own portal nitzan.games, in English; the portal says single player is still in development.
How it was built
Partially verifiedIn a post on r/aigamedev (8 Oct 2026, UTC) the developer writes: “I provided the direction, requested features, played the game, and gave feedback. Astra wrote all the code, created the artwork, implemented the gameplay, tested it, and even made the trailer.” The post names only the model, Astra, not the tool it was used in. The workflow: describe a feature, have Astra plan and implement it, have it run automated tests and review the result in the browser with Playwright and screenshots, then play it and give feedback. The developer's own Data-Oriented Design skill guided the architecture. The trailer was staged and captured from real in-game footage by a system Astra built, with a soundtrack generated in Python and assembly in FFmpeg.
- DeveloperThe Data-Oriented Design skill the post calls “my Data-Oriented Design skill” is a Claude skill whose README says it encodes the architecture of a Manning book by Nitzan Wilnai; this ties the Reddit account to the developer. The README does not mention this game. — GitHub (Data-Oriented-Design-for-Games)
Started as a much smaller driving sandbox and grew over roughly a month, per the developer, who kept a consistent architecture with their Data-Oriented Design skill (data, logic and presentation kept apart, arrays and indices instead of object hierarchies, no allocations in the game loop). Astra was made responsible for testing its own work with automated simulation tests and Playwright. The game's script bundles three.js (revision 180), and its content security policy allows connections only to nitzan.games and its multiplayer server.

“Astra wrote all the code, created the artwork, implemented the gameplay, tested it, and even made the trailer.”Verification notes: AI use comes from the developer's post on r/aigamedev by u/ledniv (8 Oct 2026, 20:21 UTC), read from the Arctic Shift Reddit archive because reddit.com did not answer our checks. The post names the model Astra but no tool, so the tool is recorded as undisclosed; the share of AI-written code is not given as a number, though the post says Astra wrote all the code. The account is tied to Nitzan Wilnai through the Data-Oriented Design skill the post calls its own (its README names Nitzan Wilnai as the book's author) and through the game's address on nitzan.games, the portal of nitzan.games LLC, which also made Keypress Express and Sunday Fighter Pilot. Campaign, areas and multiplayer come from the portal page (checked 4 Nov 2026); vehicle count, police levels, jobs and pedestrians from the post. On 4 Nov 2026 the portal page said the game was pending review and only visible at its address, and showed 1,111 plays (70 in the last seven days) and 88% positive from 7 thumbs up and 1 down; these are the portal's own counters and are not recorded as metrics. The release date is not stated. No AI service addresses were found in the game's script, and its content security policy allows connections only to nitzan.games and its multiplayer server. Team size and location are not stated. The game was not played.
Development history
The developer shares the game on r/aigamedev as “Temu GTA”, after about 30 days of work, and says Astra wrote all the code.
