Rights holder / original work: Point Blank / G-Con 45 (Namco, now Bandai Namco)
The title plays on Namco's light-gun game Point Blank, and the entrant names playing Point Blank on the PlayStation with the G-Con 45 light gun as the inspiration. No Point Blank characters or assets were found in the game's files, and no source shows a licence or permission for the name. (Vibe Jam)
VibeGameDB lists this game only to document that it was made with AI coding tools. We do not host it, we do not represent the rights holder, and listing it does not mean it is licensed.

About Point Clank
An arcade shooting game for a shared screen and phones. The game runs on a computer or TV and shows a QR code; players scan it with their phones, which become light guns. Each phone uses its camera to find the coloured target board on the display, you aim with the reticle in the middle of the phone screen and pull the trigger on the touchscreen, and several players can join the same room. There are Arcade, Mission and Memory modes made up of short microgames, a calibration step, and a local pointer option for playing on the display device alone. The entrant says it was inspired by playing Point Blank on the PlayStation with the G-Con 45 light gun, reimagined with a phone as the gun, and the display screen credits “Developed by @igolaizola”. It was made for the Cursor Vibe Jam 2026, whose rules required at least 90% of each game's code to be written by AI; the official submission lists Codex as the tool. It finished 496th of 945 entries. Free in the browser; it needs a phone with a camera plus a second screen.
How it was built
Partially verifiedIn the official Vibe Jam 2026 submission the entrant lists Codex as the tool and answers Yes to the AI-written field. No devlog describes how Codex was used or which model ran it, and the submission covers the jam version only.
- OfficialJam rule 3: at least 90% of the code has to be written by AI. — Vibe Jam (Pieter Levels)
Built for the Cursor Vibe Jam 2026 with Phaser, with Codex named as the tool. The phones connect to the display peer to peer; aiming uses the phone camera and OpenCV.js to locate the coloured board on the display, a classic image-processing step written in the game's own code, and the QR codes are read with the jsQR library.

“Inspired by the nostalgia of playing Point Blank on PSX with the G-Con 45, reimagined with a phone as the gun.”Verification notes: Tool (Codex), engine (Phaser), genre (Action, Shooter, Arcade light gun shooter), pitch, inspiration and the multiplayer (Yes), mobile (Yes) and portal (No) flags from the entrant's answers in the official Vibe Jam 2026 games data (submitted 24 Apr 2026, 13:02 UTC; final rank 496 of 945 entries, no award), re-read on 5 Nov 2026; rule 3 on the jam page requires at least 90% AI-written code. The jam data marks the game as not up, but the display and phone pages loaded on 5 Nov 2026. Developer: the display screen credits and links x.com/igolaizola, the jam handle; that profile's name is Iñigo Garcia Olaizola (bio: cloud software engineer, “AI & Automation Indiehacker by night”). Location and team size are not stated. Modes, controls and the camera aiming come from the game's pages and code; the game was not played. Aiming is done by colour and shape detection with OpenCV.js in the browser, not by a machine-learning model, and no calls to AI services were found in the code. The jam page's widget counters were not checked for this game. The release date is not stated; the jam submission is dated 24 Apr 2026 (UTC).
