About 投票
投票 (Tōhyō, “the vote”) is a free debate-and-deduction adventure of about 30 minutes with two endings. Three university students wake up in a white room with no windows, and a monitor on the wall announces that one of them is a murderer and that they have ten minutes to choose the culprit by vote: if they are right, all of them live; if they are wrong, the two who are not the culprit die. In the middle of the room stand an empty chair and a photo of a friend who died a year earlier, in a fall at a mountain lodge during a group trip. You play 三崎, who remembers nothing of that night; you search the room for evidence and present it against contradictions in what 白石 and 神谷 say, losing a life for each wrong piece of evidence, while it emerges that each of the three is hiding something. The final vote can be cast only once. The developer, イモッチ, publishing as 井守堂, had never made a game, says they cannot write code and can barely read it, and decided to leave the whole program to AI: Claude wrote a plan for the game, Claude Code built the game from that plan while the developer checked progress at milestones, and Claude also turned the developer's novel-form draft into a game script and checked the mystery for contradictions. The music was made with ACE-Step 1.5, the backgrounds with Krea 2 and the character art with the anima_turboV11 model in ComfyUI; sound effects come from 効果音ラボ. The developer names Danganronpa, Ace Attorney, Raging Loop and 魔法少女ノ魔女裁判 as favourite debate games. Made with Ren'Py; free on PLiCy in the browser (phones included) and on Freem! for Windows. How it was built
Partially verifiedThe developer's note article (13 Oct 2026) says the developer has no game-making experience and cannot write a line of code, so: “だったら、プログラムは全部AIに任せてみよう” (then let's leave the whole program to AI). The developer can barely read code and simply told Claude Code in Japanese what was wanted: a game plan (itself written by Claude) was loaded into Claude Code, which worked through it, while the developer checked at each milestone that things were done properly. The developer says the program side went smoothly and the hard part was preparing 41 assets. GitHub Desktop was used to keep restore points in case the AI made a bad change. The model is not named.
Per the article, Claude (the developer subscribed to the Pro plan) wrote the game plan, rewrote the developer's novel-form story as a game script, checked the whole mystery for contradictions and suggested improvements, wrote the prompts for the music generator and trimmed silent parts from the generated tracks.

The Freem! page (re-read 6 Nov 2026) lists 井守堂 as creator, version 1.00 for Windows 10/11 64-bit, AGE 15+ and violence, and gives 12 Oct 2026 as the registration date; the developer says Freem!'s review took about two weeks.
