About thoosie
thoosie is a free 2D roller-coaster building sandbox with physics. You draw track freehand or as straight lines and arcs, add brake runs, barrel rolls and turnarounds, loops and launches, and build “trigger” tracks that change other sections when the train passes over them; then you hit play and the train does exactly what you built, not what you meant. Momentum and speed have to be earned. Designs can be saved and loaded as JSON files, and you can post a coaster to a public gallery, without an account, so posts are anonymous. The developer says there are no image assets: everything on screen is drawn by code, while the music was provided by friends of the developer. The developer, pgskizzes, wanted to build a coaster in a popular browser game, found every mechanic working against it, and “cooked up prompt after prompt” until this came together: it started in Claude chat and moved to a GitHub repository and Claude Code, with a lot of play testing and bug testing. Free in the browser on its own site and on itch.io, in English.
How it was built
Partially verifiedIn a post on r/vibecoding (20 Oct 2026, UTC) titled “I vibecoded the roller coaster game I couldn't find anywhere else: thoosie”, the developer says they “just cooked up prompt after prompt until it came together”: “It started with claude chat, but for a variety of reasons I decided to get the thing set up in a github repo and start working via claude code instead.” The developer describes the rest as “a lot of play testing and bug testing”. The post does not name a model. The itch.io page's AI disclosure ticks AI Assisted, Code and Text.

The developer says the project started in Claude chat before moving to a GitHub repository and Claude Code.
Per the developer, the game was built prompt by prompt, first in Claude chat and then in Claude Code from a GitHub repository, and there are no image assets: what is on screen is drawn procedurally by code. The music was provided by friends of the developer. The site loads a single game script (game.js) with a separate stylesheet, and comments in its page describe layouts for phones held upright and sideways and a bug-report and donation link that only appear on hosts that support them.

“It started with claude chat, but for a variety of reasons I decided to get the thing set up in a github repo and start working via claude code instead.”Verification notes: The AI claim comes from the developer's post on r/vibecoding by u/PGskizzEs (20 Oct 2026, 12:25 UTC), read from the Arctic Shift Reddit archive because reddit.com did not answer our checks; the post says the game was vibecoded prompt by prompt with Claude chat and then Claude Code, but does not say in so many words how much of the code the AI wrote. The itch.io page (account pgskizzes, published 12 Oct 2026, 16:31 UTC; status Released; checked 4 Nov 2026) ticks AI Assisted, Code and Text in its AI disclosure and says it was made by one person. Features come from the post and the itch.io page; the gallery is user uploads without accounts. The itch.io page showed no rating. The page's joke about an “X2 clone” and a Six Flags park is flavour text, not a use of their names in the game. The developer's location is not stated. We searched the site's game script for AI service endpoints and found none. Nothing in the sources describes AI used during play. The game was not played.
