About Interstellar Hunter
Interstellar Hunter is a pixel-art game that its Chinese store text calls a light roguelike (轻度肉鸽; the English short description translates this literally as “light meat pigeon”). A space hunter who lost his memory on a dangerous mission, and remembers only that he is a hunter, sets out for “Huishi Star” at the centre of the universe to get it back, and finds the place in the middle of a disaster. In each run you pick from more than 100 items that can be combined freely, and collecting particular items unlocks bonds that give extra boosts; to win you hold out through 15 waves and defeat the Destroyer, which earns precious star coins. The store page says a normal run lasts no more than 30 minutes, that there are several characters with their own traits, that the controls are simple and success comes down to choosing and understanding items, and that an endless mode lets players push for higher waves. The developer's Steam AI disclosure says DeepSeek drafted the game's basic template in the early stage and Cursor was then used to keep writing and optimising the game code; all in-game pictures were generated with Wenxin and Qianwen and cut out with remove.bg, the background music was made with Suno, and the attack sound effects were recorded from video music in Wenxin. The store text says all of the game's content was created by the developer using AI and that it is the developer's first game. A paid game on Steam for Windows since 9 Mar 2026, in English and Simplified Chinese.

How it was built
Partially verifiedThe developer's Steam AI disclosure says: “In the early stage of the game, DeepSeek was used to draw the basic template of the game. In the middle stage, Cursor was used to continue writing and optimizing the game code.” DeepSeek has no tool entry on this site, so it is recorded here. The same disclosure says all in-game pictures were generated by Wenxin and Qianwen and cut out with remove.bg, the background music was created by Suno, and the attack sound effects were recorded from video music in Wenxin. No model is named for Cursor, and no code share is given.
- DeveloperThe store description adds: “All the content of this game was created by me using AI. It's also my first work.” — Steam
Per the Steam disclosure, DeepSeek drafted the basic template first and Cursor then kept writing and optimising the code; images, music and sound effects also came from AI tools. The store text says all content was made with AI by one developer, as a first game. No engine is named.

“In the early stage of the game, DeepSeek was used to draw the basic template of the game. In the middle stage, Cursor was used to continue writing and optimizing the game code.”Verification notes: The tools come from the developer-written AI disclosure on the game's Steam page (re-read on 4 Nov 2026), which names DeepSeek for the basic template and Cursor for continuing to write and optimise the code; the store description says all content was created by the developer using AI. DeepSeek is mentioned in the usage text only, because it has no tool entry here. Wenxin (Baidu) and Qianwen (Alibaba) made the images and Suno the music, before release; no source describes AI running during play. Team size 1 rests on the first-person line “All the content of this game was created by me using AI”. The Simplified Chinese store text calls the game 星际猎人 and a light roguelike (轻度肉鸽), which the English short description renders literally as “light meat pigeon”. The store page does not say whether combat is real-time; Steam lists it as playable without timed input. Release date, price, platform and languages from the Steam store API; Steam showed no user reviews on 4 Nov 2026, so no review figures are recorded. No website is listed; the store links Bilibili and Douyin accounts. Location is not stated.
