About AvoidRain

A 3D endless runner in the browser set on a rainy city street. You run forward automatically and move left and right with A and D, the arrow keys or swipes, trying to stay dry: rain fills a wetness meter, puddles and passing cars soak you further, and sheltering under balconies keeps you dry for a moment. Power-ups include an umbrella, a speed boost and a shield, and the wind and the difficulty change as the run goes on; the game ends when the meter reaches 100% and you are “too wet”. The entrant says the idea came from asking their wife for a game suggestion. The game is hosted on the personal site of the Italian developer Daniele Scasciafratte, and its start screen shows a “Sponsored by” logo for Regolo.ai. It was made for the Cursor Vibe Jam 2026, whose rules required at least 90% of each game's code to be written by AI; the official submission lists the tool as “OpenCode with Regolo.AI”. It finished 489th of 945 entries. Free in the browser.
