About ハンコまっすぐ
ハンコまっすぐ (Hanko Massugu, roughly “stamp it straight”) is a one-minute browser game for smartphones. On a fictional approval request (稟議書), five people stamp their seals in turn, the staff member, the chief, the section manager, the department manager and the president, and you tap to time each stamp. Each rank has its own target: the developer's joke is that lower ranks bow their stamps toward the president, so the staff member aims for 47°, the chief 36°, the section manager 27°, the department manager 22°, and the president stamps straight at 0°. Each stamp scores up to 200 points for tilt, position and bow, for a total of up to 1,000 points and one of 26 titles. The requests are drawn from 4,172 fictional cases in 13 categories, such as IT, idols, railways and anime, issued by 355 fictional companies whose names were checked against Japan's public corporate-number data so that no real company appears. Rare stamps include cherry blossoms, a beckoning cat and a paw print; a rare special mode with characters from OVELIS's web manga けだま商事 exists only in the playable version. The result card and the finished form can be saved as images and shared on X. The developer, Yuno of the one-person studio OVELIS, says the code was written with the AI coding tools Codex and Claude Code, most of the case texts and company names were made with Claude, and a person played and checked it, asking for fixes. Free in the browser, with the code and data on GitHub under the MIT licence.
How it was built
Partially verifiedIn a Zenn article (Japanese) the developer says the code was written with the AI coding tools Codex and Claude Code, and that a person played it to check and asked for fixes along the way; the repository README says “Code written with OpenAI Codex and Claude Code.” Neither source says how the work was split between the two.

Named together with Codex as the tool the code was written with, in the developer's Zenn article and the README. The article also says most of the case texts and company names were made with Claude, without saying through which product. The music and sound effects were made with Suno, which is not in our tool list and is not included in the repository.

The whole game is one index.html of under 200 KB (139,921 bytes in the repository) with inline CSS, JavaScript and SVG, no framework and no build step. The first 90 cases and 33 company names are built in; the rest sit in JSON files per category, and only the files for the next play are loaded after the title screen. Fonts are subset WOFF2 files, with extra characters split by unicode-range so they load only when they appear. To tune the scoring, the developer used a Node script, tools/sim.mjs, that plays 1,000 games each as a careful and a casual player model with a reaction time of about 230 ms, alongside playing on a real phone; the script still prints some tuning targets as “not met”. The repository version makes no external requests; the playable version adds Cloudflare Web Analytics, per the article.

“コードはAIコーディングツールのCodexとClaude Codeで書き、案件文と会社名の多くはClaudeで作りました。人がプレイして確認し、修正を頼みながら作ったものです。”Verification notes: AI use, the rules, the case and company counts, the tuning script and the one-person studio come from the developer's Zenn article, published on 25 Oct 2026, which announces the game and its source release; the release date is taken from that article, and the game may have been playable slightly earlier. The README (read as a raw file) gives the file layout, licences and the credit line naming OpenAI Codex and Claude Code; github.com pages and repository statistics could not be opened from the research environment. The play page is in Japanese and loads its case data from the same site; no calls to AI services were found in it. The special けだま商事 mode uses characters from OVELIS's own web manga. The game was not played.
