About アイスもりもり
アイスもりもり (Ice Mori-Mori) is a free 3D ice-cream-stacking game for the browser. It is the summer holidays in the seaside town of Shiokaze, and when old Gen, the owner, hurts his back, Maru, the robot he fixed up to wash dishes, takes his forty-year-old ice cream cart around town. You check each customer's order slip (flavours, number of scoops, cup or cone, toppings), hold to scoop a flavour and release in the yellow band for the right size, then drop the scoop as it swings over the tower: centred scoops settle, off-centre ones tilt the tower and misses fall off, and the taller the tower, the wider and faster it sways while the ice cream slowly melts. From the third day toppings come in, held to sprinkle or pour or aimed and dropped, and you can toss a scoop or the whole tower to start again. Over six days the cart visits the harbour, the beach, a park, the station street, a cape and a summer festival, meeting regulars with small stories of their own; takings buy upgrades for the cart, and an endless mode opens after the sixth day. It plays with keyboard and mouse, a gamepad or touch, in Japanese or English. The README credits planning and direction to the developer, たぬ (tanuu5), and development to Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5, reasoning level MAX). The cart, people, town, signs, music and sound effects are all generated in code, with no image or audio files. Free on the developer's GitHub Pages site; the code is MIT-licensed.
How it was built
VerifiedThe README credits planning and direction to たぬ and development to Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5, reasoning level MAX): たぬ decided the theme and direction, and Claude Code carried the game from design through implementation and testing. The tower's sway is a small physics model that treats the joints between scoops as springs and solves their balance every frame. People, the cart and the town are combinations of basic three.js shapes, signs and faces are drawn on a canvas, and music and sound effects are synthesised with Web Audio. Testing used captures in headless Chrome on a real GPU and an automatic player that plays through all six days; たぬ's impressions after playing (where the hint bubbles sit, the guidance for tossing) were fixed before release. In a note post the developer says that apart from 狐火かぐら, the games in that batch took only a few exchanges, mostly bug reports.
- DeveloperDeveloper's note post of 24 Oct 2026: eight browser works, アイスもりもり among them, were made with Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5) and published on GitHub between 9 and 23 Oct 2026. — note (たぬ / tank_ai)
Directed by one developer, with Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5, MAX) doing design, code and testing. Built with three.js and Vite and published to GitHub Pages by GitHub Actions. The tower uses a small spring-based balance simulation; models are built from basic three.js shapes, signs and faces are canvas drawings, and the instruments, music, ambient sound and effects are synthesised with Web Audio. The game uses no image or audio files; the Mochiy Pop One and Zen Maru Gothic fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Verification notes: AI use, features, controls, languages, licence (MIT) and release date (2026-10-17, v1.0.0, from the README's update history) come from the developer's repository README, read through raw.githubusercontent.com on 5 Nov 2026; the README links the play address, which loaded that day. The remark about a few exchanges and bug reports comes from the note post of 24 Oct 2026, which also says the games in that batch support touch controls on smartphones. The town, people and shops are fictional, per the README. The bundled script contacts no AI services. The repository's stars and commit history were not checked (github.com was not reachable from our checker). Team size and location are not stated.
