About Sleighline
A two-button time-trial game about Santa's Christmas Eve run. In the store's story, the world grew too big for one night, so Santa's magic learned to bend time and open portals, but the presents still have to be delivered by hand, so Santa flies low. You hold one button to glide and the other to duck, which becomes a dive in the air; every glide costs speed, so the fast line skims the obstacles and drops back down at the last moment, landing on wide tops gives speed, and clipping something costs time, with no deaths. You fly through the present above each house, tent or boat to drop it in, and a missed gift is gone for good. There are seven hand-made courses, one of them secret: chimneys, washing lines and crows in an old European town, a modern skyline and a snowy alpine village, then portals into the Great Pyramid with a rolling boulder, dart traps and a cobra, across Pacific islands on a whale's spout and over the Tasman from Auckland to Sydney. Each course has bronze, silver and gold medals and a fourth, TRUE SANTA, for every gift and an excellent time, and you can race your own best run as a ghost. Keyboard and gamepad are supported. The developer's Steam AI disclosure says the game was designed by Bogeywombat at Testameles Studios as an experiment in AI-led development: Claude Code wrote the game's code and store text from the studio's design, with the studio directing, playtesting and approving every step; music, sound and narration were generated with ElevenLabs, and nothing is generated by AI during play. A free demo has been on Steam for Windows since 3 Nov 2026; the full game is listed for November 2026.

How it was built
Partially verifiedThe developer's Steam AI disclosure: “Sleighline was designed by Bogeywombat at Testameles Studios and built as an experiment in AI-led development: Claude Code (Anthropic's AI coding agent) wrote the game's code and store text from the studio's design, with the studio directing, playtesting and approving every step.” The rooftop art is drawn by the game's own code. Music, sound effects, Santa's chuckle and the narration of the opening story were generated with ElevenLabs (synthetic voices; the narration is converted from Bogeywombat's own reading), some store artwork with PixelLab, and the intro illustrations by restyling and tracing images from OpenAI's GPT image model. Nothing is generated by AI during play. No model is named.
The studio's logo and its turtle-badger mascot, which also hides in the game as a small code-drawn silhouette, were designed as AI-generated images with DALL-E via ChatGPT, per the Steam AI disclosure. Not used for code.
Per the Steam AI disclosure, Bogeywombat designed the game and the studio directed, playtested and approved every step, while Claude Code wrote the code and the store text. The rooftop art is drawn by the game's code; the intro illustrations were made by restyling and tracing AI-generated images into the game's style, some store art comes from PixelLab, and all music, sound effects and the narration come from ElevenLabs. The game needs no internet connection; the Steam requirements list an OpenGL 3.3 graphics card. The engine is not stated.

“Claude Code (Anthropic's AI coding agent) wrote the game's code and store text from the studio's design, with the studio directing, playtesting and approving every step.”Verification notes: The AI claim rests on the developer-written AI disclosure on the game's Steam page (read on 5 Nov 2026), which names Claude Code as writing the game's code and store text. Story, controls, courses and medals from the store description; the planned release (November 2026, no day given), Windows-only platform, English as the only language and the genres from the Steam store API, and the demo's release date (3 Nov 2026) from the demo app (5506740), which the main app lists as its demo. The developer is the same Testameles Studios that made Fuji Flip, so the existing developer entry is used; the disclosure names Bogeywombat as the designer and speaks of “the studio”, so team size is not stated. The store page showed no user reviews on 5 Nov 2026. No website is listed and location is not stated. We did not play the demo.
